Supported Payment Methods: bet12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian and international payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Available methods and applicable limits are displayed on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change without advance notice.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of MYR 30–50 depending on the asset.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to 24 business hours. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.
Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the Platform's discretion and the applicable payment provider's policies.
Currency: All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. The Platform bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game round or bet, bet12 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return stakes to the User's Account. The Platform's decision regarding technical disputes is final.

bet12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate account termination, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-incomplete winnings) will be returned to the User's designated payment method following completion of applicable AML checks.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wagers at the time of the closure request will be settled in accordance with normal rules.
